The interview process was quick and simple. It started with a get-to-know-you chat with the recruiter to go over my resume. After that, there was a Zoom interview with an associate where they asked basic personality questions and why I wanted the role. If I passed that, the final interview was with someone in the position I'm applying for, and they asked pretty much the same things. The recruiter helped with the interviews and gave me a list of points to prepare for.

Had one phone interview for about 30 minutes, it was easy. Then, 2 days later, I had an in-person interview where they mostly asked about my work history and why I thought this job was a good fit for me. After that, I got a third phone interview where they asked about my availability to start and more about my work history. I was offered the job, but they're taking a really long time to send the official offer letter, and it also took them a while to get back to me for the third interview.

First interview over the phone. Then a second interview with the campus liaison and manager. The third one was in the offices with someone in the program and the program manager. I haven't heard back yet but it was a great interview. Very professional and really let you get a feel for the company. Looks like a great opportunity.
