I had a Zoom call with two people. One interviewer seemed disengaged and uninterested, while the other asked most of the questions. Overall, it wasn't a very positive interview experience.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was pretty straightforward and not too difficult. It started with a recruiter call, and then I had to do a presentation about a project. They also asked me some behavioral questions like strengths, hobbies, weaknesses, and to walk them through my resume. No technical questions were asked. I ended up getting an offer.

Behavioral Technical

Had a phone interview first, then an in person face-to-face interview. Things seemed to go well, they even asked about my start date. But then, I never heard back - no offer, no rejection, nothing. The hiring managers stopped responding to my emails and calls. After a week of silence, I just assumed I didn't get the job. It's a terrible way to handle things, especially after bringing someone in for a face-to-face; at least have the courtesy to let them know the outcome.
