Customer Care Representative
Applied in July. Recruiter called me in Sept...she reviewed my resume & i explained gaps. Recruiter then scheduled another phone interview with the director because she's in NJ and im in California. 2nd phone interview wasnt really an interview at all. Manager explained the job in detail & asked my customer service experience. Told me they'd be in touch. I received an offer from the recruiter 2 hours later. Easiest interview process I've ever had.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- Could you describe your customer service experience?
Customer Service Representative
The interview process was very straightforward. I was asked standard questions, and the interviewer answered my questions thoroughly. The interviewer was engaged and was a Team Lead. The interview was conducted via Microsoft Teams online and lasted about 40 minutes, mostly due to the time I took to ask my questions. I am now waiting for a decision.
- What is your motivation for joining Freedom Mortgage?
Customer Care Manager
The interview was straightforward. I asked detailed questions and received the answers I needed. However, I later discovered during training that the information provided was incorrect. If I had known this earlier, I would have declined the offer, as I had other opportunities available.
- Are there any outbound calls made for collecting money or overdue payments?
