It was super easy, they just asked some basic stuff and I was offered the job before I even left the place. They asked about my availability, my past work experiences, and how I'd interact with my colleagues. They also questioned how I handle pressure.

I was scheduled for a Saturday morning at 8 AM, but there was only one recruiter for about 30 people. They let people in based on an arbitrary, unverifiable 'first come, first served' order. I didn't get in until 11:15 AM, which was 3 hours and 15 minutes after the scheduled time. It felt like a total lack of respect and consideration.

I sat down in the store and they asked me some questions about my availability and my previous experience. It was really chill and easy, and didn't take more than 30 minutes. They asked me some scenario-based questions and seemed to be checking out my personality.

I was given a drink and then interviewed about my availability and desired working hours. After that, I participated in a group trial shift. We were given work shoes, a Five Guys shirt and hat, and then took turns working at different stations like cleaning tables, cutting potatoes, weighing meat, and stocking the freezer. We all got free food at the end.
