I saw an ad on Craigslist about a new location opening and that they were having open interviews. I filled out an application and had an interview that lasted no more than 7 minutes. They asked me two questions and then told me what they were looking for. They basically hired me and I filled out all the paperwork. They told me orientation was the next day because they were opening the following week.
