The interview process was pretty in-depth and specific, utilizing the STAR method and incorporating questions related to the company's core values. I experienced three rounds of interviews, with only a week or two separating each one. The overall hiring process took about another month. Following this, I was extended an offer with a salary in a lower range than what was initially communicated, and no explanation was provided for this discrepancy.

So I had to take an aptitude test first, and then they invited me back for an interview. It was a really tough experience. I was interviewed by three managers: one from HR, one from corporate, and one from operations. They really grilled me for almost three hours straight. It felt like the longest interview ever.

This was a really strange interview process. The recruiter was super unresponsive, which was odd. They sent an email to set up an interview but didn't give much info. The recruiter call itself was like pulling teeth to get any details; they gave very short answers and asked hardly any questions. After that, I got an email to set up a panel interview with just a Teams link, time, and date, still no other info from the recruiter. The panel interview itself was fine. I sent a thank you email to the recruiter to pass along, but heard nothing back and then got ghosted by the company. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend it.

I got an email from the recruiter on a Friday asking for a phone screen. I gave them my availability for the next week but didn't hear back. I emailed them again the following week and finally got a Teams invite for the next day. It turned out to be audio-only, which is always annoying, and they didn't mention it beforehand. Then, the company wanted an onsite test, which I thought was weird, scheduled for 9 AM the next day. It was awkward because multiple people took the test at the same time. I never heard back after that and had to check the career portal to see I wasn't selected. Communication was minimal and unprofessional. The office was also really quiet.
