I went through two virtual interviews with the hiring manager(s) for the procurement area. The first interview was with my direct supervisors and the second was with the director of procurement, besides the main hiring managers. HR manager was also in touch sometimes. Both interviews were 45 mins- 1 hour long. The first interview was all about prepared questions like "tell me about a time you disagreed with a coworker," "your strengths + weaknesses," etc. The second interview was more relaxed and open.

Applied in April and heard back from a recruiter in May for an initial phone screen. About a week later, I had a phone interview where they mostly asked about my resume, why I was interested in the role, and if I had questions. They mentioned they'd let me know in a few weeks about the next steps. A week after that, I got scheduled for an onsite interview. The onsite was pretty standard, mostly behavioral questions and scenarios. It felt like a really easy interview. I sent thank-you notes to the interviewers afterwards. I followed up with the recruiter twice but was told no decision had been made yet. It's been over a month with no updates, so I'm not sure if an offer is coming.

HR did a good job with the process. The hiring manager wasn't clear on what the job really entailed.
