very quick and easy interview process, the interviewers were really nice and it wasn't intimidating at all. they ask you hypothetical questions and if you answer honestly, it's a breeze. they are common sense questions that show ethical reasoning.

You have to go through a temp agency for this. First, an interview with the temp agency, then a group interview. I found out the same day if I got the job. You also need to pass a drug and background check. The whole process takes about two weeks.

This job is temp-to-perm. First, you interview and do testing with your temp agency. If you pass that, you then go for an interview at the actual job site. They'll ask stuff about how close you live to the call center, if you have a car, if you're good with overtime and being on-call, and about your past customer service or call center experience, specifically your performance scores.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Were you asked about your proximity to the call center?
