First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at ERM.
Business Development Manager
I had a 30 minute interview with three people that went well. Then they asked me to do a 1 hour PowerPoint assessment, which I never got feedback on. A month later they asked me to do another 1 hour PowerPoint assessment, which I never got feedback on. Yet another month later I got the same request. By that point I had found another opportunity. The recruiter also reached out to me on WhatsApp, which I felt was unprofessional.
- Why are you interested in working in this specific industry?
Managing Consultant
There were 2 rounds. The first was a call with a recruiter who managed the process. They asked for basic info and background, explained the company/role, and asked about your job preferences. Then there was a short online assessment to gauge your work style and fit with the team (no right/wrong answers). The second interview was a conversational panel with people of different levels. You had plenty of time to ask them questions.
- In your opinion, what are the top skills a consultant should possess?
Jovem Aprendiz

Consulting Associate
So I interviewed with ERM, and it was a pretty standard process with three main parts. First, there was this initial phone chat with HR where we just talked about my background and why I wanted to join. Then, I had a one-on-one with the Team Lead, and we dove into the technical stuff and what they expected from the role. The last part was a team interview, which was all about seeing how I'd work with others, solve problems, and if I'd be a good fit for the team.
