So I interviewed with ERM, and it was a pretty standard process with three main parts. First, there was this initial phone chat with HR where we just talked about my background and why I wanted to join. Then, I had a one-on-one with the Team Lead, and we dove into the technical stuff and what they expected from the role. The last part was a team interview, which was all about seeing how I'd work with others, solve problems, and if I'd be a good fit for the team.

I was initially rejected at the application stage, but after requesting feedback, an administrator kindly offered me a second chance with an interview. It seems the hiring team struggled to properly assess my CV for the role. I proceeded through the interview stages to the final round, only to be informed that the advertised position should not have been open in the first place. There appears to be significant incompetence and poor communication throughout their hiring process.
