I had a group interview and then another one with the area manager. I didn't get any feedback, and it gave me the impression that they hire people more based on affinity than professional quality for this type of position.

Behavioral Technical

I applied in January 2014 to ERM Germany and got a call a few days later. The phone conversation was quite general. I wasn't bombarded with questions, but rather had the chance to express what I think is important for my work. I was invited to an interview, which took place three weeks later. The atmosphere during the interview was friendly and welcoming, and specific questions about my language and computer skills were asked. Honesty and authenticity were very important in the conversation. I admitted to having some weaknesses in certain technical areas, but I got a good reaction when I explained that I was willing to learn. After about two weeks, I received an email saying they would like to hire me and that I would receive a contract shortly.
