Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at ERM.
Analyst
The hiring process involved a resume review, an HR interview, a written assignment, updating my resume in both English and Portuguese, and finally, an interview with the technical managers. After that, I received a job offer letter outlining the role and benefits.
- Why would you like to work at ERM?
Analyst
It was a standard, usual interview process. They asked typical questions about my expectations, what I love about the job, my strengths and weaknesses, my current salary, how I handle pressure, and my work location preferences (remote, on-site, or client-site).
- Are you able to perform effectively under pressure?
Analyst
It was pretty easy. Mostly focused on my previous experience. There were also some questions about ESG, specifically if you're interviewing for the ESG team. I'm not sure about the consulting team's process. There were two rounds in total. The first was with the team lead, and the second was with the product manager. Both interviews were straightforward and I felt they went well. The interviewers were professional and communicated clearly.
- Tell me about your past experience.
- Can you answer some questions about ESG?
