First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Erie Insurance Group.
Data Analyst
So, basically there were 3 interviews. First was this HireVue thing, it had like 5 questions. Then I had a 1-hour interview with the managers where they asked me stuff like about a tough project, my strengths and why I wanted to work here. The last one was with the director, just 30 mins, and it was a mix of technical questions and situation-based ones. They wanted to know about preprocessing and my overall experience.

Software Engineer
I talked to three people who had different levels of experience. They asked questions one after another. After they finished, they gave me plenty of time to ask my own questions. They were really nice, but I got the feeling they already had someone else in mind for the role during the interview.
- Could you share something new you've learned lately?

We had a recorded video interview first, you can record it as many times as you want. Then, there was a panel interview. The interview process was super smooth. The HR wasn't very responsive on time. It took 2 months for the final decision.
