Treasury Manager
The interview process at Equiniti was surprisingly smooth and efficient. Everything moved really fast from when I applied, and I never had to chase for updates. Both rounds of interviews were done and dusted within the same week, which was a nice change from those long, drawn-out processes. Big thanks to Geri from Talent Acquisition who was amazing throughout; she was on the ball from the start, kept things moving, and was always available to answer my questions, even after hours. That kind of dedication is rare and made a big difference. I also liked that they prepped me for each interview, telling me what to expect, who would be on the call, and the format. It’s a small thing, but it really helps with preparation and shows how a company treats its candidates. They were also flexible with dates, which made scheduling much easier than I thought it would be. Overall, it was a professional and straightforward experience with excellent communication the whole way. I’d definitely recommend Equiniti.
- What was the standout aspect of this position that motivated your application?
Customer Experience Executive
I got an email about a walk-in interview and attended on October 7th. It started with an HR screening which I passed, but I didn't pass the assessment, scoring 54 against a 60 mark. They asked me to retake it, but I couldn't. I had to wait until 6:30 PM, and they asked me to come back on October 8th at 2:30 PM. The next day, I waited until 4:30 PM for my interview. I gave it my all and was honest, not mentioning salary. This morning, I got an email saying I wasn't selected, with no feedback given. I respect their decision, but the communication and coordination could have been better. I also spent around ₹2000 on travel and prepared diligently. More transparency and timely feedback would be great for candidates who attend these walk-ins with hope. I wish they had told me earlier if I wasn't shortlisted. Waiting so long without clarity is disheartening. Many of us are hardworking and hopeful, but this experience left me frustrated and emotionally drained.

Release Manager
Had a first interview with the Hiring Manager. They told me about the Company, the role, and how it fits in. We also talked about my background and what I'm looking for now. If it went well, I'd get a second interview. I did get invited to a second interview with the Hiring Manager and another Manager who actually worked in the Release role. This interview dug deeper into my experience and how it matched the job description. They asked me about different situations that come up in the Release Manager job and what I'd do.
- How do you keep releases on schedule and ensure they meet their deadlines?
Principal Engineer
Went through 2 rounds of interviews. The first round was virtual and involved a panel asking questions about Java Backend Microservices. The second round had 2 panelists, one of whom was professional, but the other, Sahu, seemed to ask questions just to boost his ego. This second interview, scheduled for 45 minutes, was extended to 90 minutes. The panel in the second round was very egoistic and unprofessional. It's recommended to attend this company mainly for practice, as reviews suggest a high chance of rejection without clear feedback.
