Software Engineer
Anna Znamierowska, a great recruiter, reached out about the role and laid out the interview steps. First, I had a technical interview with two engineers from the EQTek Krakow team, where the questions were pretty straightforward and mostly about .NET. After that, I was given a coding project, specifically implementing a Web Api project. I finished this and then presented it to the UK team, answering their questions during what was the second interview. An offer came about 3-4 days later, which was very attractive, but I turned it down because my current company made a strong counter-offer. The whole process was remarkably smooth.
- Could you elaborate on .NET concepts?
- Can you explain SOLID principles?
- What are your thoughts on Multithreading?
Software Engineer
