First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Equiniti.
Customer Service Agent
The interview process was pretty smooth and straightforward. It wasn't very question-heavy; it was more about getting to know me. I did end up getting the job and have enjoyed my time here, having been with the company for over a year.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- What makes you want to take this job?
Customer Service Representative
First, I took an online aptitude test, and then had an HR round. I passed both. A week later, I got an email saying I was selected and needed to send my documents. I sent them and have been waiting for a call for 4 months. I emailed HR but haven't heard back.
- Can you explain stacks?
- What is RR?
- What is CPH?
Customer Service Representative
I went to a walk-in interview at Equiniti, Bengaluru in early May and cleared all stages. They mentioned they would reach out soon about joining. They did contact me and collected my documents by May 9. I emailed them multiple times without a reply. I eventually found a HR contact number, and they said I could expect to join around May 25. No updates followed. I contacted them again in early June. The HR person, Athul, explained the delay was due to document verification. He also stated that a job offer wasn't guaranteed even after verification. I spent a full day at Equiniti's office and then waited a month for their call. My sincere request to Equiniti: Please don't mislead candidates with fake walk-in interviews. If you hold them, please communicate with us. And please don't give false hope.
- Screening round, assessment, and manager round were conducted, featuring only basic questions.
