It was a two stages interview. The first one was a telephone interview and the hiring manager was trying to understand a bit more about me and reasons for applying. The second interview was a "test the knowledge and experience" type of interview. I had to prepare a presentation and answer about 10 questions. The interview was quite intense.

I got referred by a consultant and was asked to interview the same evening. The first round was with the direct ops manager, and the second was with a senior ops manager and a UK client. The final round was the following week with the head of finance from the UK. All rounds were tough and asked in-depth questions about RTR and General Ledger processes, and team handling experience.
