Process Executive
The interview process includes a maximum of 2 rounds: an assessment and a manager round. The assessment is quite tough and computer-based, lasting 1 hour with a maximum of 40 questions. It's quite challenging to manage time during this assessment.
- Can you start by introducing yourself?
- What information are you sharing that will lead to further questions?
Process Executive
A written assessment was given, which included a 5-page handout with MCQs, aptitude, grammar, English, and an essay. 1 hour was allotted to complete it. Following that, there was an F2F interview with various questions to check your stability. Make sure you know about the company and the process you are applying for.
- Can you handle working under pressure?
- Could you describe your roles and responsibilities in your previous employment?
- What did you like and dislike about your previous employer?
Process Executive
The interview process consists of 3 rounds. There will be a technical and an HR round. If selected after these stages, you will receive an offer letter. If an initial assessment is followed by two more rounds, and then the panel is unavailable for further interviews, it's unlikely they will reach out again.
