People Partner
So the whole thing took like 2+ months and went through over 7 rounds. It was kinda like an endurance test, not really a hiring process. About 4+ rounds were technical, and honestly, it felt like they didn't even know what role they were hiring for. Scheduling was a whole other adventure – they expected us to prep super fast, but getting any feedback or clarity back took ages, like a week or two of just silence. By the end, it felt more like signing up for a long-term thing with zero payoff. Even after all 7-8 rounds, no one gave any feedback on why it didn't work out, which is a real mystery. On the plus side, everyone was nice and spoke softly, but that didn't make the experience any more helpful or clear.

Software Engineer
They started with an online assessment which included 3 coding questions (easy-medium difficulty), 2 SQL queries, and some aptitude questions. After that, I had an interview at their office where they asked me about my projects, some oops concepts, sql, and dsa. The dsa questions were mostly easy.
- Could you tell me more about my projects?
- Can you explain the concepts of OOPS?
- How would you write a SQL query to find the 3rd highest salary?
Implementation Project Manager
The interview process overall went great. I had two interviews with three managers, and then spoke with the Director of Project Management. The interviews seemed to go really well, and I felt the questions were pretty standard. The only negative part was getting an automated rejection email saying someone else got the job. If you make it past the first round, I think you deserve a real conversation about why you weren't chosen. It's a chance to learn and improve for next time. Automated emails should be sent earlier on.
- Can you discuss your approach to managing time effectively?
- How do you assess and evaluate potential risks?
- Describe a situation where you collaborated with a team.
Product Training Manager
After applying online in mid-December, I was contacted by the in-house recruiter who invited me to complete a HireVue digital interview. This involved recording video answers to about 4 or 5 questions, including a short training presentation on a topic of my choice. I followed up with the recruiter after the holidays in early January and was invited to the next round, which was an interview with two supervisors. I sent a thank you email, but received no response. After waiting a bit over a week, I had to follow up again. Consequently, I was selected to move to the next round, a mock training with 4 interviewers. I sent another thank you email. Again, no response. I waited almost a week and followed up again with the recruiter, who then sent me a standard rejection email. I didn't really like their interview process because I had to do all the following up myself. I felt like I would never hear from them otherwise. Everyone I spoke with was nice, but I would have preferred a more personal rejection instead of the generic one, especially after all the work I put into preparing and following up. It felt a little insulting.
- What's your training style, and how do you feel about your presentation? Are you comfortable presenting to large audiences (100+)?
- What is your training style like? How do you think you did on your presentation? Would you feel comfortable presenting in front of large crowds of 100+ people?
