The process started on Gupy, and then HR called for a group activity where everyone introduced themselves. There were about X candidates. They mentioned there were only two positions in Sorocaba, and neither was related to the IT role I applied for on the website.

The first step was submitting my resume on Gupy, which included logic and English tests. Then, we had an online 'dynamics' session where we introduced ourselves to the managers on Teams. Each person had 5 minutes for their presentation, and there was no group dynamic. The managers then selected candidates for individual interviews, which took place the same day as the dynamics session. My individual interview involved two managers who explained their areas, asked me specific questions about myself and my experience, and the interview was conducted entirely in Portuguese and lasted about 30 minutes.

The interview starts with Gupy, including English and logic tests. After resume screening, there's a group dynamic for a specific role. HR and managers observe candidates' presentation skills during personal introductions. You can present using PPT, video, or just verbally, as you prefer. If the manager is interested, you'll be invited for an interview the same or next day. This round focuses on the role, area of work, and your interest. Finally, there's the approval.
