Behavioral Technical

I had two interviews: first, a brief chat with HR, and second, a technical interview with the team lead. I was referred to this position. My technical background and experience matched what the company was looking for. I received an offer but declined it because the benefits were lacking. They didn't offer meal/food vouchers for remote work, and although initially offered remote work, they asked me to sign a contract for in-office work, which put me in a tough spot. The HR person couldn't provide details about the profit-sharing bonus (PLR); they didn't know the amount for my role or previous years, only that it existed. Lastly, the salary offer was lower than my current pay and below my minimum expected salary, which I had already communicated. I rejected the initial offer and tried to negotiate, but received no response.

Behavioral Group

There was a group activity with about 7 candidates, where everyone was asked to introduce themselves by talking about their personal life, academics, professional background, specific knowledge in the area, English level, and willingness to relocate. It's been years since I've participated in something like this, and I didn't find it productive to spend over an hour listening to other people's information. Maybe it's a way to optimize the process for the company, but it's very tiring for the candidate.
