Product Manager
Had multiple interviews over 5 weeks with recruiters, coordinators, and team members. There was a week delay because the recruiter went on vacation. After AEP, which was the week after, I still didn't hear back. The recruiter was on vacation again. The following Thursday, after they returned, I was informed the position was on hold. The recruiter gave a vague explanation about year-end hiring and didn't apologize, showing a lack of respect for my time.

So I had this interview, it was like a 30-minute thing, then another hour with the manager. The recruiter was cool, but the manager interview was kinda rough. I got on early, so the manager just hit me with a bunch of questions super fast. He mentioned this role is basically selling insurance to older folks and that it's a sales job. He also said to expect to work whatever hours are needed, like 60+ hours a week during busy times, which means weekends too.

Senior Operations Analyst
The interview process was solid. Everyone was respectful and asked fair questions. The recruiter was super helpful every step of the way, and I always knew what next steps were with concrete timelines. My interviewees made clear what was needed for the role, and the job is matching what was described. I wish more companies conducted interviews this way!

Strategy & Operations Analyst
I was really disappointed with the hiring manager during my interview. They made a lot of dismissive and stereotypical comments, and I felt like they were riddled with microaggressions. For example, they questioned my experience, implying I wasn't a typical candidate, even though I have a lot of experience. They specifically asked if I really worked the number of years on my resume and if I actually contributed to projects, which made me uncomfortable and showed their bias. The whole vibe was unprofessional and unwelcoming, and it was clear they had biased views about diverse candidates. I can't recommend this company until their hiring practices improve.
