The hiring process for the Systems Engineer position began with an online coding test. Following the test, candidates received an email confirming they passed and that an online interview would be scheduled within the next three weeks. It seemed interviews were scheduled in groups, as some people who passed the assessment on the same day got scheduled for Technical and HR rounds. As of now, I haven't heard back about scheduling. After the waiting period, I followed up via email to ask for details, but still haven't gotten a response.

Technical Coding

The interview process involved an introduction, discussing family background, education details, and explaining my projects. Then, we went into technical topics like DBMS (SQL queries, ASCII properties), OOP (access specifiers, Inheritance, Polymorphism, overloading/overriding), DSA (sorting types, time/space complexity), OS (scheduling, types of OS, booting, multitasking/multithreading), Linux (commands), and C programming (compilation flow, pointers, malloc/calloc, dangling pointers).

The interview started with a screening round, then a tough 180-minute assignment. After that, there were 4 interviews with different panels to check skills. But honestly, it's a total waste of time because HR ghosts you, won't answer calls, and gives no feedback. They don't seem to want talented people, just the cheapest option, not quality.
