Behavioral Technical Coding Case

The recruiter reached out to me because my skillset matched what they were looking for, as they had multiple openings and wanted to see where I'd be a good fit. My first step was a phone call with the recruiter. They asked about my current job, daily tasks, education, and experience. A few days later, I went to their main office for a written assessment. This test included technical questions and brain teasers testing my analytical skills, reasoning, and math abilities. After that, I had a face-to-face meeting with a technical team of about four people. Following the technical interview, I met with HR, who then told me about the specific role I was hired for and discussed the salary. I was also informed about the offer.

Technical Other

The interview was smooth. I was grilled on my previous experiences and knowledge. Before the interview, there was a written test with aptitude and English questions. I'm not sure if passing that test was required for the face-to-face interview.

The interview was mainly based on my resume. Since I was a Functional consultant, they asked me more about what I have worked on, process flows, process initiatives and projects I have worked on. They also asked about methodologies I have followed.
