Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at EdgeVerve Systems.
Analyst
There were four rounds in total. First was an online coding test with medium-level questions, which were pretty good. Second was a technical interview where they asked in-depth questions about Core Java and JEE, and also touched upon algorithms and data structures. The interviewers in this round were knowledgeable in Java and DS. Third was a manager round where we discussed my projects and resume. Finally, there was an HR round, which is pretty standard, but the HR person communicated updates well.
- Core Java and Data Structures
Technical Analyst
First there was an online test with 2 questions. Then I had a F2F interview, which lasted about 1.5 hours. After that, a 30-minute telephonic managerial round. Then a quick 10-15 minute HR round. The whole thing wrapped up in about 4 hours. Later, they sent one more online test with 4 questions to complete in 200 minutes.
- Questions about core Java
- Questions about Servlets
- Questions about JSP
Test Analyst
The interview process was well organized and the difficulty was standard. First, there was a Test Assessment, followed by 3 rounds of Technical and Talent Advisor interviews. If you pass those, an offer is released and a background verification is done before you join.
- Can you write test cases?
