After you apply, you can expect to hear back within a few days. The whole hiring process usually wraps up in about one to two weeks for sales associate positions. For a sales-floor associate (not a management role), the interview process is usually pretty quick and simple — often just one face-to-face meeting.

The recruiter was through an agency I believe. I really wanted to hang up half way but I finished the interview because I needed a job. Im at a different company now and everyone says their experience with EB was absolutely hell. So I’m glad I didn’t end up there.

I initially had a conversation with a recruiter where we discussed general interview questions, focusing on how my previous experience aligned with the job requirements. Following that, I spoke with the hiring manager, and this part of the interview was more about getting to know me and understanding my work style.

Applied and sent a cover letter via email, got a quick reply saying it was fine. The phone call with HR was standard, ran a bit long, but they seemed genuinely interested and answered all questions. Then a straightforward phone call with the hiring managers. They sent a skills test that felt extensive but fair. Invited onsite for tours and interviews which were a breeze, everyone seemed present and genuine. Ultimately accepted a job elsewhere that was a better match for my skill level.
