The interview process was really messy. It started with an interview with the general manager of one store, then a second interview with the general manager of a different store. After that, the first manager interviewed me again and asked the same questions. It finished with an interview from a DM who isn't even in our district. After all these phone interviews that felt like repeats, they scheduled an in-person interview, but the interviewer never showed up.

I was shopping in the store during Christmas time and they were short-handed, so the District Manager was in the back office. They sent me to another store for training, which lasted 4 days. After that, I was left to manage on my own.

Applied online and then had a phone interview with the recruiter. Next, there was an in-person interview with the Store Manager where we talked about skills and scenarios. After that, I had a second interview with the District Manager/HR about leadership and operations. Finally, there was an offer discussion, followed by a background check and onboarding/training. They asked pretty standard questions and focused on relevant experience.
