Had a group dynamic activity, then a free-form paragraph writing assignment, followed by solving a case study related to car production. The case wasn't overly difficult, even though there were already employees competing. The company is huge, and the HR person was super nice.

I later found out the project was cancelled, but they never replied to emails, messages, or calls. They only got back to me a year later for the same position.
