Software Test Engineer
The interview process involved a single online session with an interviewer from Germany. It was a straightforward experience, featuring general questions. The interviewer also shared considerable information about the company.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Have you ever managed a team before?
Test Engineer
The phone interview seemed to go well, and the second round was okay, but after about five minutes, it was clear that the conversation wouldn't lead to further steps. Even though I have several years of experience, the language barrier was an issue that couldn't be overcome during the interview.
- Can you tell me what you know about our company?
Test Engineer
The process was pretty standard. First, they introduced the company and what they do. Then, they quickly checked if I had researched the company. After that, I had to introduce myself, and they asked some questions about things on my resume. Then came some technical questions and typical interview questions. They mentioned that even if I wasn't a fit for the specific role I applied for, they would talk to colleagues to see if I might be suitable for another position. This actually happened, and I got an offer for a similar job in a different department the very next day.
- What are your weaknesses and strengths?
- What driver assistance systems are you familiar with?
- How would you handle a situation where a colleague consistently fails to meet their goals?
