Had a group dynamic activity, then a free-form paragraph writing assignment, followed by solving a case study related to car production. The case wasn't overly difficult, even though there were already employees competing. The company is huge, and the HR person was super nice.

The interview process involved a self-introduction and simple questions related to the topic. The interview was primarily in German and lasted for an hour, including some personal questions about hobbies. Two friendly interviewers conducted the session. I was informed about the results within a week, and a telephonic interview followed a few days later.

The interview was friendly, on an equal footing, goal-oriented without nonsense, and relaxed. An employee from the relevant department was present. The tasks were explained very well, and the atmosphere was relaxed. No typical interview questions like motivation, strengths & weaknesses, etc. were asked.
