First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at EDAG Group.
Project Engineer
The company representatives had a nice demeanor. Unfortunately, they seemed a bit clumsy at first, as they tried for 5 minutes in vain to get the iPad ready for the company presentation. The introduction of the people, positions, and departments was very detailed and a bit too long. Then we got to know each other in a relaxed atmosphere. They showed great interest in me by asking follow-up questions in certain areas. The end of the conversation was a bit unprepared. A proper fit couldn't be found during the approximately 75 minutes. We briefly exchanged contact details and discussed the next steps.
- What role do you play in vacation/vacation planning?
Design Engineer
I went through an interview process for a role in Sweden back in 2018. It was a pretty straightforward experience. The recruiter was good with communication, very timely and clear, and her English was excellent. We had two interviews total. She was helpful in answering my questions about the company, so I understood what the job would be like. Ultimately, the client required a 4-year degree and wouldn't consider work experience.
- What is your reason for leaving your present employer?
Engineer
I had a technical interview with two engineers. The role was initially for a staff level engineer position, but they ended up offering me a project management job right then and there.
- What's the reason for leaving your last job?
