It was pretty easy, one interview with the manager and I was hired on the spot. They asked basic getting to know you questions, like about my life and availability. The interview was on site. They laid out the expectations. I'm not sure they even looked at my resume.

It was a laid back and comfortable interview. I spoke with the manager, and they clearly explained the position. We also talked about pay and benefits. It was a short but informative process. They walked me through the store, explained the station, and laid out the metrics I'd need to meet.

The interview process was entry-level and friendly, took about 45 minutes was a quick interview process and management was friendly. This varies from franchise to franchise. Come professionally dressed and with questions.

Assistant Manager
It was pretty chill and friendly. I met with the manager or shift manager. They showed me around, gave me the lowdown on what the job is all about, and then asked me a bunch of questions about my past experience and how I'd handle different 'what if' scenarios.
