First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Dunkin'.
Team Member
It was a pretty laid-back interview, where they asked me some questions about my past work. The people were great, management seems good, and they were really approachable and happy to answer anything I asked. They gave me a quick tour and offered free drinks and coffee.

I applied online and a few days later I was invited in for an interview. It was a quick, informal chat in the store with the assistant manager and the shift manager.
- What are your availability hours?
- What is your motivation for wanting to work here?
- If you were a donut, what kind would you be?
Team Member
the hiring manager wasn't available for my interview on two separate occasions, on two different days. I ended up giving up and decided to pursue opportunities elsewhere. I was asked to wait for about half an hour, and when I followed up to inquire about the manager's availability, there was no response.
