It was pretty chill and friendly. I met with the manager or shift manager. They showed me around, gave me the lowdown on what the job is all about, and then asked me a bunch of questions about my past experience and how I'd handle different 'what if' scenarios.

Behavioral Other

The interview process started with them sending me to the wrong location, and I wasn't informed until I had been waiting there for 20 minutes. After getting to the correct location, I met the owner. He didn't apologize for the mix-up at all. The salary range advertised was significantly higher than the offer they made.

It's a multi-stage hiring process. First, we do preliminary interviews, then in-person interviews. After that, we follow up with candidates and then make a hire. The first in-person interview is usually one-on-one with the hiring manager. They'll ask about your experience, skills, work history, availability, and what qualifications we're looking for.
