General Manager
It was a pretty general process, mostly focused on my past work experience and my ability to use management and leadership skills when things got tough. They also asked how I'd handle certain scenarios and my reasons for leaving my previous role.
- What aspects of your previous employment did you find most satisfying?
General Manager
I had a 45-minute phone call with someone from Atlanta. It wasn't a video call. The interviewer was professional and kept things moving, asking me about my experience, posing some scenario questions, and discussing compensation and expectations.
- What would you do if a customer complained about an incorrect order?
General Manager
The interview process can sometimes take a while but it's pretty clear what you're getting into. It kicks off with chats with the HR Director and Operations Manager. Then there's a formal interview at the downtown office. If that goes well, you'll do something called an OJE (On the Job Experience), where you work in a store for 8 hours to learn the business basics and see if it's a good fit. Finally, there's another interview with the District Manager after the OJE.
- What do you enjoy about your current job?
