The interview process was really chill. The hiring manager just asked a bunch of questions to get a better sense of my interests and what I wanted to do long-term, to see if I would be a good fit for the company. The hiring manager spent a lot of time explaining the company's mission and values.

I got a text from a manager asking to schedule an interview. I asked about the salary range, but they said they can't share that info until the in-person interview. That seems like a bad sign. A company should be able to give a salary range upfront. The manager also didn't say their name, just that they were a manager for Dunkin', which isn't very professional. Because of this, I didn't go to the in-person interview. Companies should remember that candidates are also evaluating them to see if it's a good place to work.

The interview was the easiest process that I encountered. It was working my way up to the store management position that was a little more difficult. It took them more than 2 weeks to do the background check. Other than that I had already for for the company for many years before being promoted to store management.I had worked my way up the ladder. I enjoyed my job.
