The process started okay, with Talent Acquisition setting up an interview with the hiring manager. They had to reschedule because of a surprise inspection, which I was fine with. Later, I needed to reschedule due to a family emergency, but they never got back to me. About a week passes, and the same TA person reaches out on Indeed, asking me to apply. I let them know I already did and asked again to reschedule. Still no reply. The next morning, I got an automated rejection email. It all seemed really disorganized and unprofessional. If you care about basic communication and getting things done, be careful.

It was 4 rounds. First, a screening call that was 15 mins online. Then, an interview with the hiring manager. After that, HR did aptitude tests and discussed the results with me. The last interview was with the hiring manager, HR, and the team members.

After your application is reviewed, you'll have an initial screening, which could be a phone or video interview. If you pass that and any assessments, you'll do a more in-depth interview, either in person or by video. This is where you'll likely meet the hiring manager or other important people and they'll ask you questions about how you work, solve problems, and fit in.
