So at DSV, the interview process was pretty solid. First up was a phone chat with HR to go over my background and why I wanted the software dev job here. After that, I had to do an online technical test. It had stuff about algorithms, data structures, and general problem-solving, with some questions tailored to the job description's tech stack. If you pass that, then you get an in-person interview. Mine just finished and it was in two parts: technical and behavioral. Two senior devs interviewed me for the technical part. They had me do coding problems on a whiteboard, and we talked a lot about my previous work. System design and best practices came up too. Then, I spoke with the team lead for the behavioral part, which was about teamwork, handling tough situations, and what drives me. It felt pretty chill, like a real conversation. All in all, it was a tough but fair process, seemed like they really wanted to make sure I'd fit in technically and with the team culture.

First hour-long interview, where we casually talked about the company/division and my experience. Second, they sent me a code review exercise beforehand and then asked me to present it, asking questions during. Third, a half-hour chat/negotiation about pay and day-to-day tech tasks. Fourth (first in-person), met with HR about my motivation and social skills. We also talked about personality tests I had to do before.
