Sales Representative
It was pretty easy. I went in and sat down under an artificial light. I noticed the stand up desks, thinking how modern it all was. I was mostly thinking about getting some coffee during the interview. After it was done, I went home and had some toast.
- Did you like logistics, mate?
Sales Representative
the process is long, first your manager, their manager if you get through with that and it can take about 3-4 months to complete the process. Asks very specific sales questions. How would you handle x, understanding the sales cycle, target related questions based off your requested salary.
- Given a salary of X, what are the monthly sales required to meet your target?
- How much sales do you need to do in a month in order to make your target if your salary is x?
Sales
I applied online for a position in the sales department and had an interview where they presented me with different customer-related scenarios. The environment felt both friendly and professional. They inquired about my sales experience, how I've handled challenging situations, and my preferred learning style (whether I like being trained or learning independently).
- How would you handle a situation with an angry customer whose problem you can solve, but there are other customers waiting?
