The interview process was good and comfortable. It was mostly technical and the interviewer was friendly and supportive. Questions were mostly from windows and vmware. Mostly about the performance of the servers and related to the ticketing tool that I used.

Technical Coding Other

So the first part is this SHL Round where you gotta practice SHL-style questions. These include numerical reasoning, coding MCQs, basic SQL, and some logical/aptitude puzzles. Then, there's the Technical Round. You should be ready to explain your resume, and they'll ask about OOPs concepts, coding exercises, and SQL queries. Lastly, the HR Round is where you'll answer standard behavioral questions like 'Tell me about yourself,' 'Why CGI?', your career goals, strengths and weaknesses, and location preferences.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process had three interviews in total. The first was on the phone with a recruiting agent. The second was online with the Sales Manager. The third interview was at the Dr Reddy's location and was with the hiring manager and a staff member. The whole process took about three weeks. There was absolutely no follow-up: not a phone call, a message, or an email. I spent time preparing, doing the 3 interviews, and traveling there. I think this says a lot about the company. Run away.

The interview process was pretty straightforward and had 4 stages. First, they did a CV shortlist, then an online test which lasted for an hour. This test had questions about core Chemical Engineering concepts, which were mostly easy to average, along with some psychometric and reasoning questions, and a few basic chemistry questions covering biomolecules and polymers. After that, there was a Group Discussion round, which was the main elimination stage. Each group of 10 students was given a different technical topic to discuss. Finally, there were two interviews, one technical for about 35-40 minutes and an HR interview for 5-10 minutes.
