sometimes you can do both rounds in the same day if the first interview is in the morning, otherwise the final assessment is over two days. You'll get your presentation topic beforehand to prepare for this five minute presentation followed by ten minutes of questioning. The competency interview is with a partner and is much more personable than the first interview. There are no set questions, but it's competency based and focuses on career motivation and commercial awareness. Stay calm if the interviewer pressures you, they just want to see how you respond. By the partner interview stage, there are usually no competency questions, but be prepared with examples just in case.

It's a campus selection process for a two-month paid internship that can lead to pre-placement offers. The selection happens on campus over 1-2 days, starting with shortlisting based on scores and resumes. Then, there's a case-based group discussion, followed by a panel interview for those shortlisted. Typically, 4 out of 40 or 8 out of 60 are selected. The internship runs from April to May. Pre-placement offers are communicated to campus placement departments by the end of August. Candidates need to be academically strong and adaptable to the corporate environment. In my case, I got the internship, completed it, and the offer of INR 900,000 CTC was sent to my college. Since it was higher than the campus average of INR 850,000, I had to accept it, which I did.

I had a pretty intense interview with several Supply Chain Leaders. During the interview, I felt like I really wanted to join the company because of the chance to work with those leaders. They really checked my ability to analyze things and make decisions.
