Scientist
Got a first screening from HR where we talked about salary too. Then there was a technical round, and I'm waiting for the next step. The technical round was led by the team leader or manager I'd be working with.
- What is your future commitment towards this work?
Scientist
Telephonic or web interviews with the technical managers, followed by an HR interview. They will check your skills set, and if it matches then the probability of getting the job is high. There will also be a presentation that will be evaluated by the technical managers.
- What questions do you have about the presentation?
Scientist
Had a general technical and HR interview where they asked general questions about my research background, technical depth, and understanding of the subject. The interview panel included some very senior members. It was a very chilled out and relaxed process.
