Account Executive
They contacted me via WhatsApp. First, I took two technical exams, one for data analysis and another for English. The next interview was with HR. After that, I had an interview with the head of the area. I didn't get to the next interviews, but there were 2 more: prepare and present a case study, and then one more interview with the team. The interviews were good, but the HR one got frustrated coordinating the interviews because I work in person and couldn't match the schedule they offered me, even though I tried :(
- What indicators would you use to select a hotel to add to the Despegar offer?
Product Owner
Initial test: Logic, math, and business questions, with a minimum of correct answers required to move forward. HR: The lady joined 15 minutes late and was multitasking the whole call. The questions were pretty generic and she didn't show interest in my responses. Team Manager: Much more pleasant. We talked about my experience, career path, and interests. It also included business questions aimed at evaluating logical reasoning. The process was normal, although a bit long. I didn't advance to the next stages, but they told me that the following interviews had the same dynamic: analyzing live business cases with leadership members. In total, there would be about 5 or 6 interviews, I don't know if it's really worth it.

Product Manager
First, there was an online test with logic and math questions. Then, I had an interview with the recruiters where we talked about my experience, and I got quick feedback from a really cool recruiter. After that, I interviewed with the Hiring Manager to get to know each other and discuss the project and expectations. The next step was a case study, which they gave us 4 days to complete. I made it up to defending the case study.

Marketing Performance Analyst
There were two interviews. One was with HR with simple or more general questions, the second one was with the area leaders to check knowledge and previous experience. They asked case questions like 'how many toilet papers are sold in the US in a year' to check thinking logic.

- Were you familiar with the platforms?
