First, they send you to do a logic test and math exercises. I passed it and had an interview with HR and then another in-person one with two managers, where they make you solve a business case to evaluate reasoning. Weeks later, I sent an email asking for information on whether I was continuing in the process or not, and they never responded, even though months later they are still reposting the position on LinkedIn.

- Technical questions specific to the job.

They wanted to see how I reasoned through the problem, not necessarily that I arrived at a precise number. Besides that, there were basic questions about my previous work experiences.

- What motivated your decision to apply to this company?
- What unique value or contributions can you bring to our company?
