It's divided into 5 stages. The first two are technical tests with theoretical questions about data structures or object paradigms and some pseudo-code exercises. The third is an interview with the IT team, they are very cool. There they ask you about yourself, look at the exercises you got wrong and make you program some basic exercises in the language you choose. The next interview is in a group with human resources and the last one is the job offer.
