Honestly, if you get an interview, the job is practically yours. The atmosphere was friendly and relaxed.

I first talked to a Senior Recruiter on the phone, Megan C. She was straightforward, clear, and nice. A week after, I had a video call with the Director of Marketing, Steve M. We had a good conversation and he was very clear about his vision for the role at the casino. Two weeks later, I was told they selected another candidate. Even though I didn't get the job, Megan and Steve called/emailed me to say my resume would be kept for future opportunities because I was a strong candidate. Three months later, Steve has stayed in touch and helped me with my job search. This team is excellent.

The interview process was pretty standard, with about 4 rounds involving 6 people. The people were great and I would have taken an offer. The issue was the timeline. After the interviews (which took 3 weeks), I was told I'd hear back in a week. That week passed, then the next. I followed up and was told there was one internal interview left, and I'd know the next week. That week passed, and then the next. It took about 6 weeks total after all interviews to find out the role went to an internal candidate. I don't mind being passed over, that's part of it. But the lack of courtesy and professionalism, especially for a senior role, was really disappointing and shouldn't be part of the process. Go in at your own risk.

I sent my CV to the French agency International Services for a job at Walt Disney World for Patina. Step 1: Interview with a recruiter from International Services who will ask you basic questions (where you come from, how old you are, work experience, how you would represent Italy abroad). After a day, you receive an email inviting you to the next step. Step 2: Interview with the managers of the Patina restaurants in the Italian pavilion. Here too, the questions were not impossible, but honestly, passing with Mr. Uberti is practically impossible. In fact, I didn't pass the interview, though I don't understand why. Despite this, I must say he was very smiling, even if he went too deep with the questions.
