I had a phone screening for about 10 minutes. They then advanced me to the next interview, which was scheduled for an hour but only lasted 20 minutes. They mentioned I would hear back in two weeks, but it's been four. I understand the workload since I work in talent acquisition, but responses to candidates are crucial, especially after interviews. It's unprofessional and disappointing for a well-known company. I followed up twice with two-week gaps between each, and still no reply.

The whole thing took about two months. I had a phone screen, then a video interview, then an in-person one, and finally another phone interview. They mostly kept in touch well, but they were pretty vague about timelines, just saying 'a couple weeks' after each step. Scheduling was done via email or text by the TA team. A week after my last interview, they touched base via email to say I was still in consideration and would hear back in 'a couple weeks' about what's next. Two weeks after that, I emailed to ask about next steps and got no reply. They never called or emailed to say they weren't moving forward, and I got no feedback. Not long after, I got an email with a survey about my candidate experience, which is when I realized I wasn't going to hear back. This was the first time I'd been ghosted by a company after going through their interview process.

It was a pretty thorough process with a bunch of interviews. Started with a phone screen and then two more virtual ones. Things got a bit delayed at first with some back-and-forth calls and a recruiter not showing up, but once we got into the virtual part, it moved pretty fast.
