The interview process was formal yet relaxed. I was asked questions about my previous work experience and specific examples of work I'd done. There was a panel of 4 interviewers and it lasted about an hour. They were very attentive and asked all the relevant questions. The interview process was lengthy and felt disorganized, with many people who have been with the company for a long time conducting interviews. I'm not sure if that's a good sign. It gives the impression that it might be an unstable job where you could be laid off and easily replaced.

I was first contacted by a recruiter partner from Airswift representing DCP Midstream via LinkedIn. They explained the role and what it's like working there.
