The interview involved questions about gas compressors and engines, as well as job skills and personal character. It was conducted in two parts: a video conference and an onsite interview at a plant. Both interviews covered similar topics. Overall, the job interview experience was good, better than what I've had in the oil and gas industry before.

The interview process was very laid back and I felt very comfortable talking honestly with Ryan, "The Boss." He seemed very sincere and wanted to find out as much about my skills to find the best applicant for the job. The interview took about 30 minutes and in that time we discussed what the company needed as far as an employee and what I could bring to the company as a honest and hard working employee. Overall it was a very good interview.
