First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at DCP Midstream LP.
IT Developer
I was first contacted by a recruiter partner from Airswift representing DCP Midstream via LinkedIn. They explained the role and what it's like working there. After a few phone calls with the recruiter, I had two virtual interviews directly with the hiring manager and the team. The interviews were very professional and well-run. They focused on getting to know me, my past work, and my skills. There were many technical questions, but they weren't overly difficult. The entire process spanned about 3-4 weeks, and I kept in touch with my recruiter for updates. While I interviewed with other companies where the process felt impersonal, the DCP Midstream interview and onboarding experience was smooth and painless.

- What makes you want to move on from your current employer?

The first interview stage was with HR people at my college. Then, I had a series of 5 interviews back-to-back in Oklahoma. Most of these were straightforward, but one was notably challenging.
- What are your hobbies or how do you spend your spare time?
IT Developer
It was a fast and super informative panel interview. They were really flexible and understanding. There were 4 rounds in total. I started with the hiring manager, then met with the team, and then finished with the VP.
